RECEPTION DESK HOURS: Our reception desk is open from 9AM to 9PM every day. If you are planning on arriving outside those hours, please let us know your estimated arrival time, and by what means, so that special arrangements can be made. For one-night stays, you will be required to arrive and check in by 4:00 pm, or so.
ADVANCE DEPOSIT: One night and tax are required as advance payment. This will be charged to your credit card when your reservation is made.
TRANSPORTATION:
If you use our online reservation page, please let us know when and how you plan to arrive in Key West. You can insert this information in the Comments Box in our online form.
CANCELLATIONS: To cancel your reservation and receive a refund of your advance deposit, you must contact us seven to thirty days prior to the check-in date (depending on room type, length of stay, and time of year). Cancellation dates will be provided upon inquiry (you may email us) or when reservations are made.
AT CHECK-IN: The balance of the room charges (shown above) will be due upon check-in. Acceptable payment forms are credit cards, money orders, traveler’s checks and cash. Personal or business checks are not accepted.
Fantasy Fest reservations cannot be booked online. These reservations must be made by telephone and include a three-night minimum. The advance deposit required is equal to three nights, by check. Higher ‘special event’ rates and strict guidelines apply. Call or email us for further details.
