Small Rooms:
One queen-sized bed.
Average-sized Rooms:
2 double beds.
Mini Suites (larger than average):
Upscale room with 1 king bed, a loveseat-sized sleeper sofa (maximum 3 persons), kitchenette, spacious bathroom, table & chairs for two, lots of windows with either a Duval street view or a treetop view.
Penthouse Suites:
These are our largest and nicest units and are on the 3rd floor. Each has 3 beds. One unit has two queens and one single bed (maximum 5 persons) with a Duval St. balcony; the other has three queen beds (maximum 6 persons) with a treetop balcony view. Each of the penthouse units has a kitchenette, skylights, and attractive bathroom with ceramic tile throughout.
All rooms and suites have private bathrooms with showers, air conditioning, and cable TV!
